Direct calculation for frequency simulation

Hello

I study the deformations of my telescope tube with static simulation, now no worries, but when I want to do a frequency analysis, I get an error message telling me that I should use the direct solver rather than iterative. I can't see where we choose that. I tried Simulation/Option/Default Option/Results/Default Solver: Direct, but it doesn't change anything. I stop pulling on my hair, I won't have any left.

Thank you for your help

Look at this tutorial to find out if it's suitable

I found for the direct calculation (thanks for the tutorial), but now after some calculation time, I have the following error:

Hello

Do you have external loads (forces, gravity...)?

otherwise you can try to right-click / properties on your study and check "use low stiffness to stabilize the model" (it seems to me that it's something like that).

This allows you to add a "mini spring" to each node to prevent the part from being locked at infinity if there is a resultant force of 0.0001 N for example.
