I would need a CAD for a circle involute flute NFE 22 141 - 10 tooth with a module of 0.75, someone could help me I go from module 0.5 to module 1 not my software

The details are a bit what I'm looking for, I know that according to this standard I have an internal diameter of 7.5, an exterior of 9  and a module of 0.75 on 10 teeth
