PDM Search Map - Options

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to do something with the PDM search cards but I can't so I'm calling for your help
Is it possible on a search map to create a checkbox (or something like that) that would allow you to change the search path or display in search results only certain files with a specific variable?

Thank you in advance for those who will take the time to answer!

Hello
Could you explain your problem a little better?
I am not sure that I have understood your request.

Let's say I have 2 checkboxes on my search card "A" and "B" respectively.
I would like that when I check the "A" box, the search be carried out at a path of the type "C:\path A" and in the same way if I check the "B" box that the search be carried out at the path "C:\path B"

I don't have any solutions to bring you. Maybe open a ticket with the hotline in parallel with the forum.

Hello
I think we need to create a variable to hang on the checkbox to drive another field.
I test and this and post the result

Re
Maybe simpler by looking, put a drop-down like search folder path and point to a list that contains both paths or manually put them in the list properties.

Not bad! I'll test that

it does indeed work well! And by any chance, do you think it's possible to create a third case that would search for "path A" and "path B" at the same time?
Either by having the possibility to select both cases from the list of the search map or create via the PDM list a concatenation of two strings

Hello
Not possible to my knowledge

Hello

At worst you can always add the common root of the 2 paths or even the location of the chest. The search will necessarily be longer (and still not even sure because all this is a basic SQL query and not a real Windows search) but it should work.
In the case of capturing @Cyril.f it would give C:\TDM_PROD_TEST\

Hello
@froussel , the processing time depends on the size of the base.

Yes I wanted to do that but unfortunately I have other folders at the root that I don't want to search for
