I've been looking for some time for an option in catia that allows you to create callback line interrupts when 2 sides intersect. I know how to do it manually but I know that it is possible to have it in automatic. I searched but without success!! If anyone has the info I'm interested in:)
I've already dug into the options and the standards....
Not possible to my knowledge (at least not with the drafting workshop).
By the way, when we create a reminder line interruption, it is not associative with the dimension line, if we move the dimension line, the interruption of the previously created reminder line does not follow.
To create the interuption, you double-click in the graphics window, you do not select the dimension line.
If we look in the CATIA help, it only talks about the manual creation of callback line interssection.
Kind regards
Edit: the Ctrl key (multiselection of dimensions) works, I use it when I don't want my reminder lines to cross the sight lines.
Excuse me for my late reply, I went on a trip for a few days. I completely agree with your remarks.
By the way, I proceed in the same way as you to create the interuptions.
However I remember having seen the interruptions work automatically but a long time ago.... my memory may be playing tricks on me.... At the time, following the configuration of an R12 or R14 version with a client's settings, I remember that the interruptions were automatic.
