Catia Sketch tracer, distorted image on import

Hello

Let me explain my problem, I wanted to use sketch tracer to import an image to make my sketches. But here it is, each image is distorted (flattened) or/and of a mediocre quality. I am attaching a screenshot of an example.

I really don't understand why and it's annoying to make full-size sketches from the imported images. I'm on CATIA V5-6R2012.
