I have opened a product that I am not the creator of and I would like to know how to create/modify document groupings (see attached images).
I didn't manage to create any.

The icon of these groupings is different from that of a CATProduct (it doesn't have the little blank sheet) it's the representation of a component (it behaves like a CATproduct but is internal to the assembly it doesn't get in the way of a Catproduct-type file).
The color means that it has been made flexible.
In the image you will see the two commands concerned:
Edit: the command just above the command insert a CATProduct, has the same use as a CATProduct subset you have to activate it blue color then you import parts or S/E copy cut paste works then you set the constraints just like in a CATProduct.
