Change of scale of the sheet, what does this text mean?

Hi all.

 

It's all in the title, when I change the scale of my sheet, the text (see attachment) appears, but I don't understand the meaning.

 

If someone could point me in advance thank you.

Hello

 

For the 1st: SolidWorks offers to move away (if you choose a larger format) or to approach (if you choose a smaller format) all annotations and all dimensions (everything that corresponds to text).

 

For the second, it is the font size that will change in the same way (larger text font if you choose a larger format and vice-versa).

 

In fact, he proposes to leave the readability of the plan as it is!

Indeed I just saw that for the second one, in the annotations the box use the font of the document is checked or unchecked depending on the choice.
