Change the color of the sidelines

Hello

To highlight  certain dimensions, I want to change the color. I created a new layer with a new color, but nothing helps, the dimensions are still black.

Anyone know how to change the color of certain dimensions?

If it's on solidworks, just click on the dimension and on the small paint can! And there you have it...

Yes, it's Solidworks. I tried the paint can but the color is still black!?
