I'm looking to change the default color of the revision symbol.

through layers?

Yes, that's it. Going through layers. In the document properties you can choose the default layer for each entity and I couldn't find for the revision symbols.
After all, I'm not against doing it any other way, if it's not possible to do it by layers.

Indeed when you insert the revision it is on layer 0, so when inserting you have to change the layer, it is done at the time of insertion in the left part of your screen. Otherwise you do it after by clicking on it button must modify layer or in the left part of your screen, I put in annotation or dimensions.
