In the SW drawing, when you make a section view, you have the possibility to select the type of section: Section, Section...
When it comes to a section, in order to make the outline clear, I manually change the label and replace CUT with SECTION.
Is there a way to condition the value <VLNAME> according to this checkmark?
Thank you in advance!!

Hello
I just looked and I couldn't find anything on the subject. I don't think that's possible. I think you should make a request for the improvement to your reseller so that he can send it back to Solidworks...

Apart from manually in the options or in the Property manager...

The view naming options (in Document Property/Skin Standard/Views) do not differentiate between these 2 types of views.
I think that the "English" do not use this method to make a difference. Besides, I think they only have (for once) the single word "section".

Otherwise, it's possible with a macro, but you have to know the VBA language.
If need more information I can help.
