Changing the overall theme SW 2015

Simple question, can we change the overall theme of SolidWorks 2015? If so, where?

"System option -> colors?"

Hello

You can change the background color of the 3D, but that's it.

In 2016 you can change the color to light or dark.

Yes that's right, the standard theme is light gray, and there are other themes, but all black or dark gray.
