Of course, we even tested it several times. The problem has existed since the beginning. As soon as it was installed (Installed on a new machine) it had the problem.
This is a default option as soon as it is installed. And whatever the version. After reinstalling, you will have the same options enabled.
Did you go through that window? You have to activate " show all" for shortcuts, not menus (not very logical for me but that's what works). When in doubt, enable all show for shortcuts and menus. And above all restart sw.
Before doing a reinstall, you can try to do a restart with a reset profile to see if it's not the user profile that's messing up.
To do this, open close solidworks then launch solidworks RX and click on the link in red:
Solidworks starts with the factory profile (as during installation) the boot following the profile returns.
If with the factory profile the bug is still present, it doesn't come from the profile, if it's no longer there, just reload another profile or reset it and redo it cleanly:
