Is it possible to cut an assembly using a cube-type volume (6 faces), in order to isolate a small area in a large assembly?

Via a cube in the form of volume not to my knowledge.
On the other hand, via 2 functions it is possible.
You draw a sketch on the top view, you do a material removal and you switch the side of the material removal:
Then the same function, on the right or front view for the 2 remaining directions, always tilting the side to remove the material.
