Hi all
I am in the process of making a configurable part on solidworks 2014
And I want the color of my part, also related to the material, to change according to the configuration I choose.
By editing the part family on an excel sheet,
I can add a code matching the appropriate color. (Code example: 8454143 for a color in yellow tones)
Who knows where I find this color code.

See this link to the color codes in addition to the answer above
http://www.code-couleur.com/index.html
with HTML, RGB, CMYK codes
with the color palette
and also ral/rgb color conversion
http://www.pats.ch/formulaire/unites/unites11.aspx
see also this macro link for SW ral

@+ ;-))
Personally, I change the color on the part and automatically the color code is displayed in the Excel sheet of the part family.
