following a new installation of the AutoCAD 2013 software
when I press the "L" key on the previous version I could draw a line
now it puts me unknowable order
before L is for LINE control
now L is for the LINE command
how can I fix it please

It is either the CUIX configuration file that needs to be modified, see here:

Either in the menus:
TOOLS->CUSTOMIZE->PROGRAM PARAMETER menu = acad.pgp file

you have to look at the "command aliases"
It's very simple to set up, it allows you to make your own keyboard shortcuts
I think you should be able to find it in the help or configure it according to your version of AutoCAD
