The goal is to recover the contour to be able to put a repetition of holes that follows the contour, on a sheet metal part.

You just have to fix the whole sketch by selecting it and then you go down with the cursor and you click on fixed then you delete all the inner strokes and then close so that you have only one outer outline of the player and the ball.
