How to display the "Orientation" dialog

Good evening

The "orientation" dialog box is no longer displayed and I no longer have access to certain features.

The viewing cube  works very well but no longer the small window with all the views and other small functions.

Can someone help me find it?

So finally, I think I had a problem with my installation. so, I uninstalled SW and then reinstalled and the function works again without problem
