Yes, a screenshot would be welcome =)
If you talk about the junctions between 2 lines to be able to dimension (see attached image)
Just select the 2 lines and click on "point" which is located in the sketch tab.

Do Tools / Option / Relations-Magnetization then check activate magnetization!
