How do I add new skins that I just downloaded?

I managed to find new appearances but when I add them in the appearance directory they don't appear in the software.

 

Thank you for giving me the right way to add them

Have you tried to restart (the pc/ Solid)?

Hello

you have to create a folder (other than in the SW installation folder preferably), drag your appearances into it and then in the options, file location, Custom appearances you add the folder you just created with your appearances ....
