How do I apply assembly contact to a thread?

Hello

I have to carry out a vibrational study and I would like to be able to apply a contact between sets on a thread, would you have an idea to submit to me because I can't find the solution. I have attached a picture of the assembly with the thread in question.

Hello

There is a helical stress:

It is then necessary to put in abutment (contact of the two sides).

Hello

@.PL we are talking about vibration simulation, not assembly.....

@Denis.Quilliot, I don't understand what you don't want to do? I guess you want to put a contact no penetration between your two components, so why can't you do it?

I can't put a non-penetrating contact because I can't select the face of my cylinder because it contains my thread/tapping. Do I have to select each part of the thread and tapping? (each step)

Yes, you have to select each face, but with a filter on Face and a selection window it is very fast!
