How to change your prtdot

@Cyril.f

Thank you for detailing the manipulation.
Question: does it do it once and for all, or do I have to do the handling for each old part that I want to reuse for the MEP

Kind regards

@Cyril.f is what it seemed to me, because I had already used the task scheduler in the past to update my old parts.

@Zozo_mp
This will allow you to update the files that were not created after the creation of the new prtdot.
All new files will have the properties used in your drawings.
For the old, once the task scheduler has finished its action it remains hard in the files.

Hello @ All

I have made the difficult choice of the "best answer" or more precisely the one I will use, namely copying room by room. the one given by @stefbeno and @ac_cobra_427

I made this choice because I have the crumbs about the solution offered to me by @Cyril.f@opiep27.

I have bad memories when I wanted to make my plan templates, especially the hot-line which made me scramble more than helped me (fortunately a good friend from the forum helped me).

So sorry for all those to whom I could have attributed the "best answer", I appreciate them just as much.

Kind regards
