How do I choose a map of a coastline on a 3D view?

Hello
In the drawing, I "pull" my ribs but I can't find how to choose the shot in which my rib will fit... help me ;-)

I think you're looking to change the Annotation View.

Take a look at that side;)

Hello

The management of annotation planes is not very spontaneous ... As for the display of drawing dimensions for 3D views, you can try this (see attachment). Keep in mind that a dimension has two privileged planes, that of its initial sketch and another perpendicular to it, being of course a dimension from a 2D sketch. For a 3D dimension the effect is less convincing, see page 2 of the document the reference 437.4.

This is only an imperfect aid, like its author

Have a nice day

Hello;

Otherwise try the "TAB" key while moving the dimension.

Kind regards.

Thank you very much... TAB doesn't work... But it's ok with the pdf :-)

I also had a piece of advice elsewhere... I hadn't thought about it but by choosing the lines or points to dimension well I manage to get what I want :-)

... I thought there was a touch like in Inventor...

Thank you all

Hello;

the TAB key works but I didn't specify that it applies on the 3D in relation to the reference planes (Face/Right/Top).
