Note that the spring has a small anomaly for a sheet metal part at the level of the tangency with the outer loop (angular connection).

On the other hand, sometimes I get an error on the transition fold function between sketch 2 and 3 (the sketches intersect) and I can't find where my error comes from.
and your last file sent is under 2018, me under 2016 so impossible to open.
