How do you create a trajectory on a cam when it is in a block?

Hello

I did a drawing as a cam in solidwoks 2017 and then I selected the whole thing and I put it in a block and then I went into tools, then sketch tools, created a trajectory. When I am asked which entities to select and I click on a line of my cam, this is the message that is displayed below. So I can't create a trajectory
