In the 2016 version of solidworks I had managed to create a cutting shape tool that allowed me to simulate our punching machine and also manage it in the costing module.
On the 2017 version, I can't create a shape tool that doesn't leave any material.
Can you help me :)?

I know how to make the shape tools but I would like it to cut without leaving any edges. So thanks for the info but it doesn't help me:(
