If you fill everything in on the cover page or the summary, you just have to create another basemap or the links will point to the information on the cover page or the summary. This way, with each new plan, it will take its data in the cover page or the summary page.
Thus, you make a copy of your general assembly under a new name as well as its drawing (and so on: you use the macro each time you change a subassembly or part).
But it is not possible to dynamically link to the sheet name: if sheet 2 changes its name, the table of contents will not be updated, as shown here:
