How to "disable automatic update of the welded parts list....."

Hello
How to "disable automatic update of the welded parts list..... " to avoid that SW recalculates everything every time, especially when configuring constraints?
Can we do this for an entire file without opening each room to deactivate the "by hand" option? (I know how to do that!)

With each new configuration of SW constraints "seems to recalculate everything" and it is marked at the bottom left to "disable ..... "

Yes, it's already disabled.

In fact I wonder if the message is simply not present by default, just to inform that by disabling it will be faster.
