How do you walk a part in relation to a curve?

Hi, so I'd like to do the title of the piece that is on the tray (see attachment) knowing that it must always remain glued to the edge of the large plate, and must go around the turquoise area.

I'm SolidWorks 2014 on Windows 7.

So we have to constrain the center of the plate with respect to a curve:

To create the guide curve of the constraint, you can select the tangiance (with a right-click on the edge) and offset the entities:
