How do I remove the frame on a print under power print?

Hi all!

When I start a print using the Power print tool, a frame is added to my A4 drawing. If I print it without the Power print tool, it doesn't look like it.

Do you have a way to remove it?

Either there is a problem on the background used sure frame on a hidden  layer or hidden frame...

Either it's a Power Print bug and  then you have to create a ticket with the Visiativ hotline.

Having used it 5-6 years ago we have never encountered this problem but since then there have surely been evolutions!

Thank you for your answer. Yes it's possible but in any case I don't see anything on the layers. Also, the plans are not to scale, even if I set the print scale to 100%. I'll try to file a ticket to find out more.
