How to Save the Status of the PDM Workgroup Header

Hello

We want to reorganize properties when archiving our parts/plans.

Obviously when we reorganize and do: save the state of the header

it doesn't seem to take it into account.

Do you have to be an administrator or can you do it from position to position?

Or simply how to do it?

Where is "save header state"? What exactly is it for?

Is it in the administration tool or in the archive window?

The normal behavior would be that it works for each position without being an administrator.

What version of SolidWorks is installed? Is this the last SP available?

If it's SP4, it's highly recommended to install SP5!
