How to Export a 3D File to SW

Hello

I have a 3D file (image in attahche) in DWG but the problem is that when I export it under SW in 3D, my drawing is completely decomposed. Anyone have an idea?

How is it broken down? In a multitude of rooms???

Yes in several splines and lines, as in the attached image.

I looked a little on the net, apparently you can export it in SAT with Autocad and then save it in DWG with DrafSight, but the problem is that I can't save it in SAT (maybe because of my Autocad 2018 version).
