How do I make the Appearance Library appear?

Hello to you. I use solidworsks 2017. I had to close the Appearances library during a bad move. I can't access it. Need help. Thanks in advance!

Is it the whole component?

If yes, go to View/Toolbar/Task Pane.

Thank you for all your answers, they were useful to me especially PhilippeB's. It was indeed a question of the whole part. 

Without abusing your help, however, I would need another push, dear sirs.

I am currently assembling a car door hinge (Lamboghini), and I would like to know what constraints to use to no longer have parts of the assembly that go through each other. Thank you.
