How to make the "designation" content of the column appear (empty)

Good evening

My welded parts list table is displayed with the 4 columns: Item, Qt, Description, Length but the last 2 are empty.

Anyone know how I make the content reappear?

Hello

I don't have access to your version of solidworks.

I use the properties of the welded  parts lists.

Right-click on properties

You can recover the properties of your document, add more if necessary

Here's what it looks like
