How to do the static simulation?

Hello
I am in the process of making the resistance of the winch drum by the solidwork simulation

The drum is of 60 mm diameter rotates on a shaft of 15 mm diameter it is wound by a cable to carry the loads, so to do the simulation I found a difficulty to find the choice of the "displacement advisor" and on which surface it is applied

you just have to click on it to go and get an image/photo from your computer

so that this image is visible to the right of the answer
