How do you get the XY axis lines that appear as soon as you sketch?

When I create a sketch I only have the planes visible and I have to manually add the axis lines (to make the symmetries, repetitions..)

If anyone has a solution. Thank you.

Good evening

just create them in the SLDPRT template. DOT which means that with each new piece you will have these lines. All you have to do is create a dedicated plan, which means that by default you have a duplicate of plan 1 (plan4 at the very top of the feature manager) that you show or hide. Another  solution is to create a default sketch saved in the SLDPRT. DOT but this is less practical AMHA!
