You can save files as self-extracting executable files (*.exe) containing the SolidWorks eDrawings Viewer and the SolidWorks eDrawings file. To extract the eDrawings Viewer and open the eDrawings file, both of which are embedded, run the eDrawings executable file. The eDrawings Viewer can open all supported file types.
This feature is not available in 64-bit eDrawings.
To save files as eDrawings executable files:
Click File , Save As.
Set the Type to eDrawings Executable Files (*.exe).
In Windows Explorer, double-click the eDrawings executable file.
The built-in eDrawings Viewer opens displaying the built-in eDrawings file. The eDrawings Viewer used is the one of the integrated version with the executable. You can use this eDrawings Viewer to view other documents.
When you close the eDrawings application launched from an executable file, if it is not installed on your computer, you will be prompted to install it. This message appears one out of five times when you exit the eDrawings application launched from the executable.
as far as I know the only solution is the one that Frederick proposes! Save it in EASM (Edrawing) version then open it with Edrawing and from there you can save it EXE.
