If you are under SolidWorks maintenance you get codes for free  by connecting to the official SolidWorks site by going to certification and then on the right there is a link.

Otherwise  I must have codes left. 

And I have passed almost all the certifications so if you have a specific question don't hesitate!

If I'm not mistaken, it varies between 15 and 130€ for the expert.
