How do you make a coil assembly?

Hello

I have to make the plans of multiple conveyor belts, for it I have to go through the assembled option and I don't know how to go about constraining two turns (see attached image to understand what I'm looking to constrain).

I hope I'm clear enough in my request, if not, don't hesitate to tell me, thank you for your help.

perhaps by creating planes or axes in the said coils and by constraining these planes or axes...
