How to make a clean silkage on powershape

I have to make a silkage to connect the body part properly outside I can't do it in the rounds

How can I do this?

With your knowledge of English it shouldn't be too much of a problem for you.

 

Or afterwards if you really can't do it why not do it under CATIA and then import it on Powershape??
