How to Make an Ellipse of a Hole on an ISO Perspective

I work on JetCad Pro 2012 and only in 2D.

I would like to know how to calculate the values to make the ellipses of the holes?

I lost the text while pasting the image sorry.

You can find the info on the Industrial Designer's Guide on page 15.

For an ISO view (30° receding)

All true size dimensions are reported X;Y,Z = Dimension x 0.816

Smallest dimension of the elipse x 0.58
