I have a problem with a SolidWorks license borrowed by a user and whose hard drive had a problem. This license is however blocked in the SolidNetWorks Manager, with no ability to release it for other users.

It seems to me that we need to restart the license server.
The best thing to do is to contact your SolidWorks reseller for this kind of problem!

You either have to go to the Solidworks portal to see if you can't release it from there.
Otherwise, as Benoit said, you have to call your dealer.

From memory, you should contact the technical support of your SolidWorks reseller.
They have software to do this type of manipulation.
