How to "freeze" a sub-assembly

Hello

I want to group all the elements of a subassembly
This is to make this entity easily manipulated graphically
Turning it into a share is not satisfactory because it is irreversible
Merge elements is reversible but not graphically selectable

Is there a trick to "freeze" a subassembly?

Bjr,
Try the Defeature it should meet your expectations.

Why not put them in a sub-assembly? You will be able to manipulate your subassembly from the assembly as well

Hello
I didn't know about defeature
it's interesting, it works (except for copying by the graphic selection)
I'm going to use it to group the subassemblies
Thank you and have a good day!

Otherwise, use the speedpack, that's what it's made for (if I understood your need correctly).

Yes in addition this function lightens the ASM so double effect kiss cool.
