How do I install/connect SolidWorks Visualize?

Hi all

I can't log in to Visualize, can you help?

I could see that with my SolidWorks Premium license the standard Visualize was free but that you needed the license number (which is different from the SolidWorks number since 2016 I think), but I can't get my hands on this number, where can we find it? Thank you for your help!!

You can ask your reseller again (that's what they're there for),  they have access to  the DS-Solidworks database.

Thank you but still the same problem... I've already logged in but only my SolidWorks Premium product number appears! I can't find the Visualize license... :(
