How to link the revision index of my revision table to the part properties in smart properties

I would like to be able to use the revision index defined by my revision table in a plan . SLDDRW to use it in the smartproperties of its corresponding room. SLDPRT

Can you enlighten me on the manipulation to be performed, I tried "creating the property on the linked document" but the box stipulated in the smartproperties of my room does not appear.
