How to mesh and model a rubber band joint

Hello

I have a problem with my elastomer joint on which I apply a load of 30N, this joint is meshed in C3D10 tetrahedron element in second order with an elastic law. the calculation ends by a 1U2U3U without any error or warning message.

Who can help me please
