How do you manipulate a 3D part?

Hello.

 

I just bought MyCAD Place. I managed to upload a file of my design to mycad place, but from there I got lost, I don't know how the opener via mycad places and how to manipulate it. I try to get into the heads of my clients, who will want to manipulate the part on mycad place, since they don't have 3D software.

What browser do you use? It seems that it is better to use Chrome.

A little extra on what type of computer are the customers? PC or Apple? 

Because the handling on Apple tracpads is very different.
