How to update the list of folios (bundles of documents) page nomenclatures

Hello

I'm having a problem with the nomenclature of the pages of my project. I do have a table but it's frozen I can't update it.

I specify my concern,

When I right-click on the "folio list" to update, the update folio function is grayed out (not accessible)
