How to model the part shown in the image?

I have to make the part (image), I have modeled everything except the part indicated on the image by an arrow, how to proceed ?

Via material removal with revolution as shown here

We don't see the exact section:
- if it is rectangular: revolution as indicated by Ac Cobra or extrusion with offset of the sketch plane (e.g.)
- if it's another form: revolution.
