How do I not check everything during a change of state transition in Soliworks PDM?

Hello

I would like to know if it is possible when you right-click "change of state in PDM" that only the selected assembly is checked and not all the child files. (see png file)

Because very often the people in charge of changing the state, for a revision for example, send me all the parts instead of only having the assembly...

Thanks in advance,

Hello, I do right click select all, then I click on a checked box which has the effect of deactivating them all. I click elsewhere to deselect everything and then I simply check what interests me.

Hello

This happens in the EPDM admin, in the properties of the groups, settings window, dialog tab by checking the box "do not check the referenced files in case of change of state.".

This is therefore set by group (or by user in the settings of each user).

@D.Roger, thank you, I didn't know. unfortunately for my case you have to be in admin... so I would still opt for my D system:)

Have a good weekend

Hello

@ G.: yes you have to be an admin to set up EPDM and fortunately. For this option, we preferred to put it unchecked by default and then if users all want to check they do indeed like you but I start from the principle that it is better to "forget" to change the state of the files than to take the risk of doing too much inadvertently, Going back to history on a whole batch of files is not very interesting to do.

Kind regards
