I'M TRYING TO MAKE A PREVIEW WINDOW ON PHOTOVIEW, THE PAGE IS BLANK, MY ASSEMBLY IS NOT APPARENT. What to do?thank you

Would the model (part or assembly) be clearly visible in the 3D view behind this preview window?

Also check if the graphics drivers are up to date:

Hello, my assembly appears well but as soon as I want to make a preview window it disappears.

This morning it worked, I had to tick off something that wasn't right. It's the first time this has happened to me.

and the graphics card is ok

I already had the same problem where my camera was just in the wall. The SolidWorks display is no problem, but in photoview it could see the wall. Maybe try to move your camera forward a little...

Yes indeed, I closed SolidWorks and reopened my file, it worked.
